Yes, an appointment with our vets is required to help reduce waiting time for everyone. In the event of an emergency, please call our clinic before arriving, so that the team can prepare to receive a critical care patient.
How can I schedule an appointment at the clinic?
Calling our clinic at 6655 3970 is the best and fastest way to make an appointment. For non-urgent appointments, we can also arrange a suitable time through our WhatsApp line.
How do I know if my pet requires emergency pet care?
Your pet likely needs urgent care if they are experiencing any of the below:
- difficulty breathing
- difficulty standing or walking
- is very lethargic
- has eaten something inappropriate or toxic
- has been vomiting and is unable to keep food down
- if they are geriatric and have not eaten for more than 24 hours
- been bitten badly by another cat or dog
How should I prepare my pet for a visit?
Secure your pet for their journey to our clinic. Dogs should be leashed, and cats should be in carriers. If your pet experiences anxiety or stress, let us know at the time of booking for a fear-free approach to your visit.
