Highly recommend Gentle Vet! Especially Dr Kelly who is caring and patient. You can tell when someone really care about your furkid and you feel that they are in good hands. Such that i will need to drive to Gentle vet instead of walking to the nearby vet as i feel comfortable with Dr Kelly to attend to my old GR who needs a lot of care. The staff at Gentle vet are friendly, the clinic is nice and clean as well.

Dr Kelly is one of the best vet we've ever encountered. She is very caring to our fur baby and always gives us very good recommendations. The clinic staff is also extremely friendly and patient. The vet clinic has a cosy setting.

Had a great experience been here to bring my foster kitty as recommended by Project LUNI. The experience is pleasant and the doctors attend us with care and great explaination. Although the wait can be considerably longer than normal (quite slot of customers perhaps due to their quality), this team is a dedicated team that serves their customers well. I might bring my cats here next time!

As the name of the vet clinic, the staff were very gentle & helpful in guiding me as a first time pet owner bringing my maltipoo puppy for his first vet visit and addressing some skin reaction that he had. Overall a very assuring and cozy environment and my puppy didn’t felt very intimidated too. 🙂

Wonderful, sincere, caring experience at The Gentle Vet. Dr Kelly is caring, knowledgeable, thorough, practical … the staff (Alina, Trisha, Judy… just to name a few) are very helpful and go beyond expectations in extending support . My 3 dogs and 2 cats go to this vet as I like that they really have a heart for their patients and us the fur parents. Thank you Dr Kelly and team!

I brought my 19 year old cat to gentle vet for check up and he was diagnosed with throat cancer. Dr Kelly is very patient and thorough when explaining the diagnosis to me and what my options are. Clinic staff are also very gentle with my cat and update me regularly when he was hospitalised. Waiting times can occasionally be slightly long but I understand its because they see alot of sick patients and the owners need more time to discuss with the vets. My cat was also very comfortable in the hospital and their facilities looks much cleaner and nicer than other clinics I've visited.
